RESOLUTION NO. 4015
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SIGNING OF A LEASE OR AGREEMENT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL HEREBY RESOLVES as
fol lows:
The MAYOR and CITY CLERK are authorized to execute,
on behalf of the City of San RAfael a lease or agreement with Larkins Construction Co. -Lot A of that record of survey entitled "Re-cord of Surve of division of a ortion of Parcel Four Wakefield Baker property 5 0.S.35 ' filed on Feb. 2 ,1971 in Bk 10 of Surveys at page 16. a copy of which is hereby attached and by this reference made a·
part hereof.
I, MARION A. GRADY, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and re-
gularly introduced and adopted at a re gular meeting of
the Council of said City held on Monday the 15th
day of March , 19 71 , by the following vote, to-
wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Barbier, Jenseg, Miskimen, Mulryan and Mayor Bettini
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
