RESOLUTION ITO . /0" RESOLUTION DETERMINING AIM DECLARING RESULT OF CANVASS OF ELECTION RETURNS WHEREAS,'pursuant to law, the Charter of the City of San Rafael, and notice regularly given, a special municipal elect- ion was held in the City of San Rafael, California on the 7th day of November, 1944, for the purpose of submitting to the electors of said City four proposed amendments to the Charter of said City, as hereinafter set forth. WHEREAS, upon the f©urth:day after said election, to -wit, on the 11th day of November, 1944, said City Council convened for the purpose of canvassing the results of said election, which said meeting was duly and regularly adjourned to this 13th day of Novem- ber, 1944, at which time said City Council proceeded to canvass said election returns and said City Council met as a canvassing board and did canvass the returns of said election and did declare the result of said election and does hereby declare the result of said canvass as follows: That there were twenty-eight special municipal election precincts for the purpose of holding said election.
