RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR FIRE TRUCK
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of San Rafael, California, that those certain speci-
fications for the purchase of a new fire -truck for said City,
prepared by or upon the instance of the Fire Chief of said City,
filed in the office of the City Clerk on the 28th day of November,
1944, and entitled, "CITY OF SAN RAFAEL SPECIFICATIONS FOR 750 -
GALLON COMBINATION HOSE, BODY AND PUMPER" be and the same are
hereby adopted and approved as the official specifications for
use in the purchase of said fire -truck.
Tuesday, the 2nd day of January, 1945, is hereby
fixed and appointed, at the Council Chambers of said City Council,
at 8:00 o'clock P. M. as the time and place for opening, examin-
ing and declaring sealed bids or proposals for the purchase of
said fire -truck.
The City Clerk of said City is hereby authorized and
directed to cause to be published in the manner required by law
and the Charter of said City, a notice inviting sealed proposals
for the sale and purchase of said fire -truck and which shall
specify the above mentioned date and contain a statement that
said City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
