water line right of way does not affect the 8 foot
pedestrian easement between P,'ission Avenue and tithe Street,
in San Rafael, Cal.,

DESCRIPTION ---
That certain real property situate in the City of
San Rafael, County of Marin, State of California, and
described as follows, to -wit;
Lot Number 7 as shown and delineated upon that certain
Map entitled "Map of Manning Terrace, San Rafael,
Marin Co., Cal.," filed December 21, 1931 in Map Book
5, page 63, in the office of the County Recorder of
the County of Marin, State of California.
Also right of way granted by Le6n F. Douglass and
Victoria Douglass, his wife, to the City of San Rafael,
a Political Corporation, dated October 21, 1920 and
recorded November 23, 1920 in Liber 221 of Deeds at
page 269, Marin County Records.
