Robert Epstein, City Attorney announced that no reportable action was taken.
Esther Bierne, City Clerk announced the new appointments to the Library Board of Trustee and Park &
Recreation Commission at the Special meeting prior to the regular Council meeting:

5. City Manager's Report
Nancy Mackle stated San Rafael has made a donation to the Gun Buy Back Program
Nancy Mackle reported that a Request for Proposal for Consultant for Plastic Bag Ban has been initiated.

6. Councilmember Reports
Councilmember Heller reported on her luncheon with Mayor Phillips and Marin Coalition regarding
Whistlestop.
Councilmember McCullough reported on his meeting with the Marin Telecommunications Agency
regarding the redistribution of Comcast and AT&T franchise fees.
Mayor Phillips stated he will be meeting with Marin General Hospital and Kaiser regarding funding for
Downtown Street Teams.
