meanwhile continue to evaluate traffic calming and non -radar methods of enforcement.

Ms. Mackle reported that the Farmers' Market begins this Thursday, April 4, 2013 in downtown San
Rafael.

7. Councilmember Reports
Councilmember Heller expressed thanks to PG&E for removing Smart meters from Ecology House.
Councilmember Phillips reported on City departmental tours, being a guest reader for Fourth graders,
and various meetings he attended recently.
