AND DIRECTING EXECUTION.
AREAS, the City Council of the City of San Rafael is
authorized by law and ordinance to make and enter into the
agreement hereto attached; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of this city council to approve
and enter into the same and to directs its execution,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by said city council that
said agreement be and the same is hereby approved and entered
into and WM. S. NOCK, as MAYOR of said City of San Rafael, be and
he is hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement on
behalf of said City of San Rafael, and on behalf of said City forthwith
to sign the copies thereof held by the other parties hereto.
