ASSESSMENT.

WHEREAS, GENEVIEVE C. BOGLE and PEARL J. MARTINELLI
as owners of certain real property described in and assessed under
the proceedings taken pursuant to Resolutions of Intention No. 422
and 580 of the City of San Rafael have petitioned the City Council
of said City for an amended assessment thereof;
W_, a portion of said real property has been
sold and the remainder is or is about to be subdivided and it
appearing to said Council that said original assessments ought
to be amended and the amounts thereof segregated and apportioned
upon the various parcels into which the same have been subdivided,
ITiiW THEREFORE, IT. IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Super-
intendent of Streets of said City be and he is hereby authorized
and directed to prepare and file with the Clerk of this Council
a segregated assessment of the original,parcels of land affected by
said subdivision segregating and apportioning the unpaid installments
of said original assessments upon the parcels therein subdivided
in accordance with the benefits to said portions respectively and whick
amended assessment shall be accompanied by a map or plat showing how
said parcels have been subdivided and that thereafter proceedings
be had and taken with respect to notice, hearing and final action
as provided by Improvement Bond Act of 1915.
