BE IT RESOLVED, that R. A. Boege, be, and he is hereby
appointed as the representative of the City of San Rafael,
California, to prepare all necessary estimates, plans and specifications$
furnish necessary inventories, sign all approved applications and
perform other necessary acts, all in connection with work proposed
to be done and performed through the State Emergency Relief
Admini stmt ion.
I, EUGENE W. SMITH, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify
that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and
adopted at a Special meeting of the Council of said City of San Rafael
held on L "��� the day of 99, 1935,
by the following vote, to wit:
