FIRING CERTAIN DUTIES OF CHIEF OF TEM FIRE DEPARTMENT
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the Chief of the Fire Department
of the City of San Rafael,, State of California, be and he is
hereby required from and after the
day of
1935,
to reside at the Fire House of said City or to be present at said
Fire House for the same periods in each week thereafter as other
reigularly employed firemen of said City, and to conform to and
keep regular hours at such firehouse amounting in each such week
to a full, firemen's shift.
The Chief of the Fire Department shall. receive as
compensation for his services as such the sum of One Hundred and
Sixty (160.00) Dollars per month.
