RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVE14ENT UPON
THE CITY HALL AND MUNICIPAL BATHS AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT
OF NOTICE CALLING'FOR BIDS.
IT IS HFF:REBY RESOLVED AND DETERMINED by the City Council
of the City of San Rafael that the specifications for the
improvement and repair of the roof upon the City IIall and
the 7.1uni.cipal Bath House of the City of San Rafael hereto-
fore prepared by the City Engineer of said City and pre-
sented to said City Council on the 16th day of September
1935, be and the same are hereby approved as the officiai
specifications for doing said work and improvement.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND R SOLVED that the City Clerk
of said City be and he is her, authorized and directed
to cause to be Dublished twice in the MARIN JOURNAL,
a weekly newspaper printed, published and circulated
in said City, a written notice calling for sealed bids and
proposals for doing said work and improvement and providing
for a bond or certified check in the amount'. of ten
per cent of the sum bid and further giving notice that said
bids will be opened before said City C --until on NDAY, the 7TH
OCTOBER, 1935•
