b G WhereasL There has arisen a question as to the rights of
Councilman Halland Button to vote in the San Rafael City
Council.
Be it resolved by 'the City Council of- the City of San
Rafael, that the City Attorney, be and he is hereby authori-
zed and directed to forthwith take the necessary and proper
steps to determine the right of Councilman Dutton to hold
