BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of San Rafael,
that the Mayor and City Clerk be and, they are hereby authorized and directed
in behalf of said City to execute and deliver to the Department of Public
Works of the State of California, the proposed agreements for the maintenance
and construction of Projects 3 to 5 inclusive, viz: Irwin Street, Fourt%
Street, Lincoln Avenue, over a portion of their lengths, and Toll Road in
said City, submitted by the Division of Highways on October 289 1935.
BE IT FURTEMR RESOLVED, that a copy of this resolution duly
certified by said City Clerk be appended to each copy of said executed
agreement and forwarded to said Department of Public Works:.
I, Eugene W. Smith, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and
adopted at a Regular meeting of the Council of said City held on Monday the
Second day of Ddeauber, 1935, by the following vote, to -wit:
Ayes: Councilmen: Bates, Borges, Grady and Meyor Riede
Noes: Councilmen: None
Absent: Councilmen: Dutton
