RESOLUTION 110. 694
WHEREAS, there seems to be some question about the proper dis-
tribution of the legal advertising of the City of San Rafael:
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City
of San Rafael, that all advertising of the City of San Rafael be
apportioned between all newspapers printed and published in the City
of San Rafael, equally, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Engineer be and he is
hereby instructed to audit the distribution of advertising to local
newpapers, since April, 1935; and that no elective or appointive
officer or employee of the City give or permit to be given, any such
legal advertising to any local newspaper which has received a greater
portion of the City's adv&rtising until such time as there has been
an ual -' rib on of such business. ('
