SAN RAFAF, CAL.:
AN easement for the purpose of ingress and egress, over a
strip of land 40 feet in width, lying 20 feet on each side of the
following described centerline:
,---�Beginning at a point on the northerly line of Mountain Park
from
Reservation distant thereon 8.750301W. 21.42 feet Astation P.R.10
as described in deed from Alexander Forbes to William T. Coleman
dated Oct. 15 1871 ind recorded Oct. 6 1871 in Volume "d" of Reeds
at page 306 Marin County Records, and running thence S.35°2813.
152.60 feet, 3.23°02'20"T. 112.75 feet thence 5.26042*E. 214.77 feet
thence 5.29°191E. 91.42 feet to a point on the centerline of the
Robert Dollar Drive, thence northerly along said center line 406
feet more or less to Chula Vista Drive.
