RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE,
CITY OF SAN RAFAEL APPROVING VMI0RANDUm OF AGRE19JENT
FOR EXPENDITURE OF 1A CENT GAS TAX ALLOCATED FOR STATE HIGHVZ&YS
WHEREAS, the State of California, through its Depart-
ment of Public forks, Division of Highways, has presented a memorandum
of agreement in accordance vrith a project statement submitted by
the City for expenditure of the 1/4 cent gas tax for the 1935-1937
biennium allocated for State highimys in the City of San Rafael, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said agree -
meat in full and is familiar vrith the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the
City of San Rafael that said agreement for expenditure of the 1/4 cent
gas tax allocated for State highways be and the same is hereby approved
and the Layer and City Clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf
of said City.
ADOPTED this 16th day of August, 1937.
