execute and deliver to the City Council of the City of San Rafael,
California, her certain :,ritten "Feclaration and vpreement °ith
Respect To Festrictions U>>on Real Property" agreeing to the imposing
of certain restrictions upon the reel property therein referred to and
agr,,eing not to sell or dispose of any of said real pro%erty withoutimposing thereupon and in the grants thereof the restrictions therein
contained;

included among other things the restriction and words 'OAuto

said City Council of the City of San R,nf:el, California, that the
words s'nd restriction 'Auto Bungalow Court" ,,,ere inadvertently and
without exT)ress intention included within said restrictions.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said particular restriction be aud the
same is hereby stricken from said agreement and said City Council, does
hereby viaive and relin-uJ4.sh its right to demand said restriction �hd
said agreement is hereby .:mended by striking the said restriction there-
from.
Said agreement was recorded in the office of the County Recorder
of the County of `!'aria, California, on the 36th day of October, 1936,
in Volume 330 Official Records at page 103.
BE IT FUH'PHER R-EMVED that the City Clerk of said City be and he is
hereby ma#*t rected forthwith to cerci to this resolution
