Resolution No. 775
A resolution authorizing the City Council of the City of
San Rafael, California to file an application to the United
States of America through the Federal Administration of
Public Worl;s for a grant to aid in financing the construction
of Street, Drainage and Sewer Improvements,
and designating the City Engineer of said City to furnish
such information as the Government may request.
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of San Rafael, California
Section 1. That the Mayor of said City be and he is authorized to
execute and file an application on behalf of the City of San Rafael, a municipal
corporation to the United States of America for a grant to aid in financing the
construction of Street, Drainage and Sewer Improvements.
Section 2. That the City Engineer of said City, be hereby authorioed
and directed to furnish such information as the United States of America through
the Federal Emergency Administration of Public VVorks may reasonably request , in
connection with the application which is herein authorized to be filed.
CERTIFICATE OF CLERK
I, Eugene W. Smith, the duly elected, qualified and acting Clerk of the City of
San Rafael, California do hereby certify that I have compared the attached copy
of a resolution entitled

of San Rafael, California to file an application to
the United States of America through the Federal
Emergency Administration of Public >yorks for a grant to
aid in financing
the construction of Street, Drainage and Sewer Improvementss
and designating the City Engineer of said City to furnish
such information as the Government may request."
with the original of such resolution on file in my office and that the
same is a ture and correct copy of such resolution which ims regularly
adopted at a meeting of the City Council, of the City of San Rafael, duly
held on the 21st day of July, 1938.
