APPLICATION RESOLUTION
Resolution No. 7 7?
A resolution authorizing the City Council of the City
of San P.afael, California to file an application to the
United States of America through the Federal Emergency
Administration of Public �lorks for a grant to aid in
financing
the construction of a corporation yard
and designating Carl F. Gromme, architect to furnish
such information as the Government may request.
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of San Rafael, California:
Section 1. That the Llayor, be and he is authorized to execute and file an
application on behalf of the City of San Rafael, a municipal corporation organized
under a Freeholder's Charter, to the United States of America for a grant to
aid in financing the construction of a corporation yard.
Section 2. That Carl F. Grormme, architect, is hereby authorized and directed
to furnish such information as the United States of 11merica through the Federal
Emergency Administration of Public 11orks may reasonably request in connection
with the application which is herein authorized to be filed.
CERTIFICATE OF CLERK
I, Eugene !"I. Smith, the duly elected, qualified and acting City Clerk of the
City of San Rafael, California do hereby certify that I have compared the
attached copy of a resolution entitled -
"A resolution authorizing the City Council of the City
of San Rafael, California to file an application to the
United States of America through the Federal Emergency
Administration of Public Works for a grant to aid in
financing
the construction of a corporation yard
and designating Carl F. Gromme, architect to furnish such information
as the Government may request."
with the original of such resolution on file in my office and that the same is
a true and correct copy of such resolution which was regularly adopted at a
meeting of the City Council of the City of San Rafael, California, duly held
on the First day of August, 1938.
