A resolution authorizing the City Council of the City of
San Rafael, California to file an application to the
United States of America through the Federal Emergency
Administration of Public Works for a grant to aid in
financing
the construction of alterations and additions to the
Fire House
and designating Carl F. Gromme, architect to furnish
such information as the Government may request.
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of San Rafael, California
Section 1. That the litay-or, be and he is authorized to execute and file an
application on behalf of the City of San Rafael, a mimicipal corporation organized
under a Freeholder's Charter, to the United States of America for a grant to
aid in financing -the construction of alterations and additions to the Fire House.
Section 2. That Carl F. Gromme, architect, is hereby authorized and directed
to furnish such information as the United States of America through the
Federal Emergency Administration of Public Viorks may reasonably request
in connection with the application vrhich is herein authorized to be filed.

City of San Rafael, California do hereb;T certify -that I have compared the
attached copy of a resolution entitled -
"A resolution authorizing the City Council of the City
of San Rafael, California to file an application to the
United States of America through the Federal Emergency
Administration of Public Works for a grant to aid in
financing
the construction of alterations and additions to the Fire House
and designating Carl F. Gromme, architect to furnish such information
as the Goverruwnt may request".

a true and correct copy of such resolution -which was regularly adopted at a
meeting of the City Council of the City of San Rafael, California, duly held
on the First day of August, 1938. n
