City Manager's Report Nancy Mackle reported: • December 1, 2014 - Farewell to Damon Connolly; Accepting applications for the Council Vacancy through November 18, 2014 at 5:00 p.m., and interviews will be held on December 15, 2014; • 35th Annual Parade of Lights and Winter Wonderland and Snow will be held on November 28-29, 2014; • Annual Boat Parade will be held on December 1, 2014 COUNCILMEMBER REPORTS / REQUESTS FOR FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS: (including AB 1234 Reports on Meetings and Conferences Attended at City Expense) 7.
