Massage Inspection Services Agreement Amendment Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Amend a Professional Services Agreement with CSG Consultants, Inc., for Massage Inspection Services in An Amount of $25,000 for a Total Contract Amount Not to Exceed $100,000 (CED) Recommended Action – Adopt Resolution e. Fire Prevention Goat Grazing Services Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Negotiate and Enter into an Agreement with Blue Tent Farms Inc. for Fire Prevention Goat Grazing Services for An Initial One-Year Period and Up to Three Years in a Not-to-Exceed Amount of $166,915 Per Fiscal Year, for a Total Not-to- Exceed Amount of $500,745, Subject to Subsequent Appropriations (FD) Recommended Action – Adopt Resolution f. Women’s History Month Proclamation Proclamation Recognizing Women’s History Month, March – 31, 2025 (HR) Recommended Action – Receive and file g. Downtown Library Furniture Purchase Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Purchase Order with Trope Group for the Purchase of Furniture for the Downtown Library in an Amount Not to Exceed $188,000, which Includes a Base Bid of $168,870 and $19,130 in Contingency (LR) Recommended Action – Adopt Resolution h. Pavement Maintenance Project Fiscal Year 2024-25 Accept Completion of the Pavement Maintenance Project Fiscal Year 2024-25, City Project No. 11454, and Authorize the City Clerk to File the Notice of Completion (PW) Recommended Action – Accept completion of the Pavement Maintenance Project Fiscal Year 2024-25 and authorize the City Clerk to file the Notice of Completion.
