Councilmember Reports • Councilmember Colin reported: o She was elected co-chair, along with Supervisor Rice, of the Homeless Policy Steering Committee • Councilmember McCullough: o Reported on the recent meeting of the Executive Committee of the Marin Telecommunications Agency, which he attends as San Rafael's representative. Mayor Phillips reported: o Plans to attend the SMART meeting on 1/21/2015; o He walked the Los Ranchitos section noting privacy concerns; o Had a discussion with the President of Buckelew, which operates Helen Vine, regarding their expiring lease, and considered possible relocation sites; o Attended Whistlestop meeting where three alternative plans regarding different locations were presented to the community; 10 o Attended a breakfast meeting with the schools to discuss a variety of issues, including safety at SMART SAN RAFAEL SUCCESSOR AGENCY 8.
