• Mayor Phillips announced that at a Special Meeting held earlier this evening, Council reappointed
Dirck Brinckerhoff, William Carney and Bob Jackson and appointed Kati Miller and William
O'Connell to fill five four-year terms to the end of June, 2019, Roger A. Smith was appointed to fill
one unexpired four-year term to the end of June, 2017, and Gladys Gilliland was appointed
Alternate. Abraham (Abe) Yang was appointed as an Emeritus member on the San Rafael
Citizens Advisory Committee on Economic Development and Affordable Housing.
