Second Street and Fourth Street Intersection Improvements Project Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Second Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with CSW/Stuber-Stroeh Engineering Group, Inc. for Additional Design Services Associated with the Second Street and Fourth Street Intersection Improvements Project, in the Amount Not to Exceed $66,000, Increasing the Total Not-to-Exceed Amount Under the Agreement of $294,482 (PW) Recommended Action – Adopt Resolution OPEN TIME FOR PUBLIC EXPRESSION 4 The public is welcome to address the City Council at this time on matters not on the agenda that are within its jurisdiction.
