CALL TO ORDER 2. SUBCOMMITTEE AND STAFF INTRODUCTIONS 3. DISCUSSION ITEMS a. City Homelessness Updates The Subcommittee will receive a presentation regarding recent changes to the City’s Camping Ordinance, as well as a report on the results of the Homelessness Solutions Working Group. Recommended Action – Receive the Report b. Encampment Resolution Funding (ERF3) Partnership Update The Subcommittee will receive an update on the implementation of the ERF3 Grant, as well as discuss the Sanctioned Camping Area and potential partnership opportunities to expand shelter access, including potential interim/transitional housing in the County. Recommended Action – Receive the Report 4. SUBCOMMITTEE MEMBER REPORTS Members of the Subcommittee may share other information related to homelessness activities in their jurisdiction for the good of the order. 5. PUBLIC COMMENT The public is welcome to address the subcommittee at this time on matters not on the agenda that are within its jurisdiction. Public comments under this category may be limited to two minutes per speaker per item at the discretion of the Chair with the consent of the Committee. 6. ADJOURNMENT 2 of 2 Any records relating to an agenda item, received by a majority or more of the board or commission less than 72 hours before the meeting, shall be available for inspection in the City Manager’s Office, 1400 Fifth Avenue, Room 203.
