1) Call to Order
2) Discussion Items
a) Update and Discussion on the Camping Ordinance (SRMC 19.50)
The Committee will receive an update on the City’s camping ordinance, and current
enforcement activities and approaches, and will discuss potential options and
approaches for making adjustments.
b) Encampment Resolution Funding (ERF3), Sanctioned Camping Area, and City-
County Partnership Updates
The Committee will receive an update on the implementation of the ERF3 Grant, as
well as discuss the Sanctioned Camping Area and potential partnership opportunities
to expand shelter access, including potential interim/transitional housing in the County.
3) Request for Future Meeting Agenda Items
The Committee and/or Staff may request items to be discussed at future meetings.
4) Public Comment
The public is welcome to address the subcommittee at this time on matters not on the
agenda that are within its jurisdiction. Public comments under this category may be
limited to two minutes per speaker per item at the discretion of the Chair with the
consent of the Committee.
5) Adjournment
Any records relating to an agenda item, received by a majority or more of the Subcommittee less than 72-hours
before the meeting, shall be available for inspection in the City Manager’s Office, 1400 Fifth Avenue, San Rafael,

meeting/hearing, individuals are requested to refrain from wearing scented products.
