Preliminary Citywide Proposed Budget for Fiscal Year 2025-26 Preliminary Citywide Proposed Budget and Proposed Capital Improvement Program for Fiscal Year 2025-26 (Fin) Recommended Action – Accept Report OPEN TIME FOR PUBLIC EXPRESSION The public is welcome to address the City Council at this time on matters not on the agenda that are within its jurisdiction.
