Affordable Housing Trust Fund
February 19, 2025: NOFA application period closed
• Three (3) submissions totaling $950,000 in requests

Recommended Action
Adopt a resolution authorizing:
1.The appropriation of $503,000 from the Affordable Housing In-Lieu Fee
Fund (Fund #243), including $3,000 in administrative costs, for three 100%
affordable housing projects in fulfillment of the Affordable Housing Trust
Fund 2025 Notice of Funding Availability, and
2.The City Manager to execute all documents incidental to the funding.
