Any records relating to an agenda item, received by a majority or more of the Council less than 72 hours before the
meeting, shall be available for inspection online and at City Hall, 1400 Fifth Avenue, and placed with other agenda-
related materials on the table in front of the Council Chamber prior to the meeting. Sign Language interpreters may be

a. Listening Session and Informational Meeting Regarding the Potential Purchase of 350
Merrydale Road for Interim Shelter and Affordable Housing Projects
The purpose of this meeting is to provide information and receive community input regarding
the City’s potential purchase of 350 Merrydale Road for future interim shelter and affordable
housing projects. Members of the public are invited to share their comments directly with the
City Council. This meeting is intended as a listening session; no decisions will be made and no
formal action will be taken.
In compliance with the Brown Act, City Councilmembers will not engage in dialogue or respond
to questions during the meeting. However, staff will be available to provide factual information
and respond to general questions about the project. Additionally, community members may
submit comments by email to city.clerk@cityofsanrafael.org.
