AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL AMENDING SECTION
12.20.030 OF THE SAN RAFAEL MUNICIPAL CODE SO AS TO
PERMIT THE FIXING OF ELECTRICAL PERMIT FEES BY RESOLUTION
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 3 of the "Uniform Electrical Code" published
by the Pacific Coast Electrical Bureau, 1962 Edition, as amended by
subsection II of Section 12.20.030 of the San Rafael Municipal Code
is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 3 of said Uniform Electrical Code shall read as
follows:
Any person desiring an electrical permit shall, at
the time of filing an application therefor, pay a
fee, which fee shall be as set forth by resolution
of the City Council.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be published once in full
before its final passage in the INDEPENDENT -JOURNAL , a newspaper
of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said
City and shall be in full force and effect thirty (30) days after
its passage.

The above and foregoing Charter Ordinance No. 90 3 was
read and introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of the City
of San Rafael, held on the / -P�t_ day of 1968,
and ordered passed to print by the following vote, to -wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN laar, Barbier,, Jensen, MlskimUs and Mayer BeMBI '
NOES: COUNCILMEN
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN
and will come up for adoption as an Ordinance of the City of San
Rafael, at a regular meeting of the Council to be held on the /S7<
day of 1968.
