Mayor Kate called the meeting to order at 8:06 a.m. and invited public comment.

City Manager Cristine Alilovich introduced Cathy Caprioli who facilitated the conversation.

Mayor Kate called a recess at 9:58 a.m., and called the meeting back to order at 10:11
a.m.

Reprioritization and Revision of the City Council Fiscal Year 2025-2028, and/or Each

Vice Mayor Bushey moved, and Councilmember Hill seconded, to appoint Mayor Kate and
Councilmember Hill to the new Community, Economic & Housing Subcommittee.
