RECOMMENDATION: Adopt Resolutions accepting storm drain easements from Cynthia D. Perlis, Roland & Dora Johnson, Dennis R. Madsen & Helen K. Schwab, and Jerome P. Lucey & Carol A. Lucey, and Alvin H. Goldstein, Jr. and Kaye Goldstein. SUMMARYIBACKGROUND: On recommendation from the Planning Commission, the City Council, on May 17, 1993, approved the Final Map for Loch Lomond Unit 10. The subdivision consists of 28 single family residential lots (31 homes). Eleven of the lots are located at the end of Las Casas Drive Extension. The remaining 17 lots are located on Inverness Drive Extension between Manderly Road and Tweed Terrace. One of the few outstanding items in the May 17, 1993 Council Report pertained to the acquisition of a drainage easement on private property downstream from the development. The City Council, at that meeting, through resolutions, accepted nine of the drainage easements. The acceptance of these easements will complete the acquisition of the downstream drainage easements required by the Conditions of Approval.
