The Viola Bellach Cole Family Limited Partnership; Escrow #282249
Dear Ms. Boccabella:
I have enclosed a copy of the executed Purchase Agreement, dated June 28, 2010, for the
Right -of -Way Purchase at 777 Francisco, and the original of a Certificate of Acceptance, executed by
the Mayor, with acknowledgement attached, for recordation with the Grant Deed being held in
escrow. I also have enclosed a check payable to Stewart Title in the amount of $32,500, which is
being provided to you for the account of the Viola Bellach Cole Family Limited Partnership subject
to recordation of the Grant Deed.
Aspreviously discussed, please issue the City a CLIA title policy in connection with the
City's fee title purchase in this matter.
