For the 8t" consecutive year Community Action Marin has joined together with the San Rafael Yacht Club, Marin Yacht Club, the Classic Yacht Association, and the Loch Lomond Yacht Club to bring the residents of San Rafael and Marin County the largest lighted boat parade in Northern California. A celebrity judging panel will determine "best boats" awards. TV and radio personality Celeste Perry will MC this year's parade. Community Action Marin is proud to bring this annual holiday event to Marin County in appreciation for 46 years of support from its residents and local businesses. This is the first time that the event has needed a street closure.
