Beirne City Manager Approval, ,a 4 0 SUBJECT: ACCEPTANCE OF AFFIRMATIONS OF CONFIDENTIALITY OF CLOSED SESSIONS FOR COUNCILMEMBER MARIBETH BUSHEY AND HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR DEIRDRE DOLAN (CC) It is recommended that Council accept Affirmations of Confidentiality of Closed Sessions, which have been executed by Councilmember Maribeth Bushey and Deirdre Dolan, Human Resources Director, as required by established City Council policy. File No.: Council Meeting: Lf Disposition: I solemnly affirm that as an appointed official of the City of San Rafael, hold the Constitution of the United States and the State of California, I am cognizant of the following: That the closed sessions of the City Council of the City of San Rafael are ed by the a provisions of Clifornia Government Code Section 54950 et seq., a governn� that the content and substance of said sessions, unless required by law, must remain secret and confidential; That the interests of the City of San Rafael, its citizens, officers and employees are best served through the preservation of the confidentiality of those matters discussed in closed session except when disclosure is required by law or by the majority decision of the City Council.
