7. Councilmember Reports:
• Councilmember McCullough commented on a PG&E article in Sunday's edition of the Marin
Independent Journal (12/6/2015) concerning Power Charge Indifference Adjustment fees. He
believed the City Manager was in a unique position to determine an appropriate course of action
on behalf of the City in a manner that best reflects the interests of citizens and residents at large.
