FOR AN ESSENTIAL FACILITES STRATEGIC PLAN
This Amendment to Agreement is made and entered into this 10th day of August, 2015, by
and between the CITY OF SAN RAFAEL (hereinafter "CITY"), and Mary McGrath Architects, a
corporation authorized to do business in California (hereinafter "CONTRACTOR").
RECITALS
WHEREAS, on January 1, 2015, CITY and CONTRACTOR entered into an Agreement
by which CONTRACTOR agreed to provide strategic planning services and develop an Essential
Facilities Strategic Plan ("Agreement"); and
WHEREAS, CITY and CONTRACTOR wish to amend the scope of work to increase
the total hours available to provide the City with architectural services to prepare an Essential
Facilities Strategic Plan; and
WHEREAS, such change will not require a change in the original compensation to be
paid to CONTRACTOR.
AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereby agree as follows:
Section 5 of the Agreement, "Term of Agreement", shall be amended to read as follows:
The term of this Agreement shall be extended for one month commencing on June 30, 2015
and ending on July 31, 2015. Upon mutual agreement of the parties, and subject to the approval of
the City Manager the tern of this Agreement may be extended for an additional period but not
longer than one year.
2. With the exception of the modifications stated herein, the provisions, terms and conditions of
the original Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Amendment to Agreement as of
the day, month and year first above written.
