SECOND READING AND FINAL ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE NO. Approve final adoption of 1813 — An Ordinance of the City of San Rafael Amending Title 17 of the Ordinance No. 1813. San Rafael Municipal Code to Establish Regulations for Vessel Sanitation and Dock Safety (MS) 7. Resolution Authorizing Amendment to Agreement with Hilton, Farnkopf Adopt Resolution. and Hobson, LLC for Vehicle Impact Fee Analysis (MS) 8. Resolution Authorizing the Use of Supplemental Law Enforcement Adopt Resolution. Public Hearing — Consideration of an Urgency Ordinance Extending Interim Urgency Ordinance No. 1812 — "An Interim Urgency Ordinance of the City of San Rafael Enacting a Moratorium to Temporarily Prohibit Granting of Approvals for, or Issuance of Permits for, Second Story Additions to Eichler and Alliance Homes in Specified Neighborhoods of North San Rafael, Pursuant to California Government Code Section 65858" (CD) Explanation: See enclosed material.
