This Memorandum establishes a formal agreement between the San Rafael City Schools (SRCS) and
San Rafael Police Department (SRPD) to commit to and cooperate in the district's School Community
Policing Partnership Grant at Terra Linda and San Rafael High Schools and Madrone Continuation

This is a three-year grant for the period of July 1, 2003 through June 30, 2006.
The proposed program will augment the existing community policing services by providing one
