RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS OR THE ASSISTANT
DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS TO EXECUTE INDIVIDUAL "PROGRAM
SUPPLEMENT" AGREEMENTS FOR ALL STATE -AID PROJECTS.
WHEREAS, on the 16th day of December, 2002 the City Council approved the
"Local Agency -State Agreement for State -Aid Projects" Master Agreement No. 005
between the City of San Rafael and the State of California relative to state funded
transportation related projects; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to augment the said Master Agreement by individual
Program Supplement Agreements for individual state aid projects as they occur; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that such Program Supplements be executed by an
official so authorized by the City Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the Director of Public Works
or in his/her absence the Assistant Director of Public Works, is hereby authorized
to sign such agreements on behalf of the City of San Rafael with the State of
California — Department of Transportation.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, City Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted
at a regular meeting of the Council of said City held on the 16th day of December,
2002, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: Cohen, Heller, Miller, Phillips & Mayor Boro
NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: None
