Amending Section 14.25.040 to Require Zoning Administrator Review
of Applications for Roof Modifications to Eichler and Alliance Homes,
and Amending the Zoning Map of the City of San Rafael to Reclassify
Certain Real Property From R5 And R7.5 To R5 -EA And R7.5 -EA
