RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN CONTRACT DOCUMENTS WITH THE
COUNTY OF MARIN COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AGENCY FOR CHILD CARE
SERVICES FOR FISCAL YEAR 2006-2007 IN THE AMOUNT OF $13,450.
WHEREAS, the City of San Rafael has been awarded a contract for child care
services at Pickleweed Children's Center from the Community Development Block
Grant Program in the amount of $13,450 for Fiscal Year 2006-2007; and
WHEREAS, the City Council approves and authorizes the Mayor to sign
designated contract documents with the County of Marin Community Development
Agency,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of San
Rafael enter into this agreement with the Marin County Community Development
Agency to provide child care services in the amount of $13,450 for Fiscal Year 2006-
2007.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify that the
foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular
meeting of the Council of said City on Mondav, the 2nd of July, 2007.

GOALS, TASKS, AND OBJECTIVES.
City of San Rafael - Child Care Division will use CDBG funds for Staff salaries for child care
center serving low income families. The project will be completed by July 2007.
The majority of clients will meet low income requirements established by the U.S. Department
of Housing and Urban Development.

This amendment increases the amount of the budget in the agreement from $43,500 to
$56,950
