Summary of Legislation Affecting San Rafael (CM) RECOMMENDED ACTION: APPROVAL OF THE FOLLOWING ACTION: Approve as submitted. Item to be removed at the request of staff. Accept report. 5. Resolution Authorizing Approval to Expand the Child Care Program and Adopt Resolution. Services to the Sun Valley Elementary School Campus (CS) 6. Resolution Authorizing Execution of an Agreement Between the City of Adopt Resolution. San Rafael and the Novato Fire Protection District for the Purchase, Operation and Maintenance of a Remote Automatic Weather Station (FD) 7. Resolution Authorizing the Execution of a Renewal Agreement Adopt Resolution.
