TO SERVE AS THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY OF THE SAN RAFAEL REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY,

CITY MANAGER'S REPORT:
Nancy Mackle thanked Captain Jeff Franzini for his great work as Interim Chief of Police for the past
seven months.
Mayor Phillips stated he believed the City owed Captain Franzini a debt of gratitude for his work.

Redevelopment Agency:
