City Attorney Robert Epstein reported on the Closed Session held on Wednesday, February 29, 2012 Mayor Phillips announced this evening's Closed Session items and stated that the Closed Session would take place at the conclusion of the City Council / Successor Agency meeting. 2. Closed Session: a) Conference with Legal Counsel - Existing Litigation Government Code Section 54956.9(a) Case Name: Fyfe v. Schmierer Marin County Superior Court Case #PRO 1004895 b) Conference with Labor Negotiators - Government Code Section 54957. Agency Designated Representative: Anil Comelo Employee organization: SEIU Local 1021 City Attorney Robert Epstein announced that no reportable action was taken.
