AGENCY MEMBER REPORTS:
4. Executive Director Nancy Mackie announced that this was the last Regular Meeting of the San
Redevelopment Agency and requested that a Special Meeting be held on January 30, 2012 to finalize
some paperwork which is required by the state to dissolve the Agency.
Chairman Phillips encouraged all members to try to attend this meeting.
There being no further business, the San Rafael Redevelopment Agency meeting was adjourned at 8:06 p.m.
