Presentation by Dr. Harriet MacLean re San Rafael Community Schools Initiative 1 Dr. Harriet MacLean, Assistant Superintendent, Education Services, San Rafael City Schools, introduced Bell Reyes, Innovation Bridge, who would assist with the presentation.
