SPECIAL MEETING
Interview of Applicant and Consideration of Appointment to Fill One Two -Year Term on
the Marin / Sonoma Mosquito & Vector Control District Board to the End of December,
2017 (CC) — File 9-2-9
Applicant Pamela Harlem did not attend; however, after discussion, there was Council consensus to
appoint Ms. Harlem to a two-year term on the Marin / Sonoma Mosquito & Vector Control District Board to
the end of December, 2017
2. Interviews of Applicants and Consideration of Appointment to Fill One Four -Year Term on
the San Rafael Fire Commission to the End of March, 2020 (CC) — File 9-2-5
The City Council interviewed the following candidates: David Fonkalsrud, Christopher Holbrook and
Thomas Weathers.
After discussion, there was Council consensus to appoint Thomas Weathers to the four-year term on the
San Rafael Fire Commission, and David Fonkalsrud as an alternate, to the end of March, 2020.
