City Manager's Report Jim Schutz , Assistant City Manager reported: a) Budget Presentation to be made at the next Council meeting; and b) City of San Rafael was awarded the Certificate of Achievement in Excellence in Financial Reporting (CAEFR) by the Government Financial Officers Association (GFOA), and he commended the Finance Department.
